Refund Policy

Digital Goods Policy

Game keys are digital, non-tangible goods. Once a key has been revealed or activated, it cannot be returned or refunded. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this.

When a Refund Is Possible

  • The key is invalid. If your key cannot be activated and we are unable to provide a working replacement, you will receive a full refund.
  • The key has not been delivered. If 24 hours have passed and your key has not arrived (and is not in your spam folder), contact support for a refund or replacement.
  • Duplicate order. If you accidentally placed the same order twice and the second key has not been revealed, we will refund it.

When a Refund Is Not Possible

  • The key has been revealed or activated.
  • The game does not work on your specific hardware (please check system requirements before purchase).
  • You purchased the wrong region or platform (region/platform is clearly stated on every product page).
  • You changed your mind after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us through the contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve all eligible refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will always work with you in good faith to resolve any issue.
