Delivery & Payments Policy

Digital Delivery
All products sold on GameKeyDealsHub are digital game keys. After your payment is confirmed, your key is delivered electronically to the email address you provided at checkout and made available in your account under My Orders.
Delivery Times
- Most orders: delivered within minutes of payment confirmation.
- Manual review: some orders are flagged for fraud review and may take up to 24 hours.
- Pre-orders: keys are sent on the official release day of the title.
If your key has not arrived within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact support.

All payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Currency & Pricing
Prices are listed in USD by default and can be displayed in EUR, GBP, or ZAR using the currency switcher. The amount charged on your statement may differ slightly due to your bank's exchange rate and fees. The final amount is always confirmed in USD at checkout.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a separate email containing your activation key once payment clears.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails, no order is created and no key is reserved. You can safely retry. If a charge appears on your statement without an order confirmation, contact us with your transaction reference and we will investigate within 1 business day.
